I’m a husband and father first. My wife and two sons are my North Star. Southwest Florida is home—where we boat, fish, and soak up life on the water together. It’s also where I coach youth athletics and mentor young engineers and entrepreneurs. There’s something powerful about watching people discover what they’re capable of, whether on a field or in front of a computer.
Professionally, I’ve spent two decades at the intersection of technology and transformation. I’m currently Chief Operating Officer at BrightMove, where I co-founded and scaled a global SaaS recruitment platform powered by AI. Before that, I led data and analytics transformations at Fortune 8 companies, built cloud platforms serving millions, and helped launch a health tech startup through multiple funding rounds.
I started as a mechanical engineer at Florida State, but discovered my real passion at the intersection of data, automation, and business strategy. That journey has taken me from writing code to leading enterprise transformations, from infrastructure to product strategy, from cloud optimization to achieving SOC 2 compliance.
Here’s what I’ve learned: the technical challenges are rarely the hardest part. It’s the people work that matters—building teams, fostering culture, developing talent. Whether leading a company through transformation or helping someone tackle their first programming challenge, it’s always about unlocking human potential.
